Woolworths Liquor was experiencing very high staff turnover and a lack of product knowledge from in store staff in their BWS outlets.
INSIGHT
As staff ranged in roles and demographics we needed to highlight how the business delivered opportunities to grow within the business as you built product and retail knowledge, in a format that was accessible anywhere.
IDEA
We created and produced The Drinks Academy, an interactive content platform with a vast range of training & product information films in multiple tiers of complexity to employees via App Technology.
ACTION
Over 10 000 film/module completions.
A reduction in staff churn of 15%
Average sale per basket increase 6%
The Drinks Academy is now being converted to a consumer facing platform.
